Our first stop is at an islet in the middle of Boka Bay, which barres the name of the church Our Lady of the Rocks settled on it. Legend says this artificial island was created from stones local fishermen put upon a specific rock where shipwrecked crewmen saw the Lady of the Rocks. The church was built in her honor. Interior of this church from 15th century has a lot to offer. You will see a marble altar holding an icon of Our Lady of the Rocks made by Lovro Dobric (famous Balkan painter), many Baroque paintings like The Crowning of Mary, Death of Mary and Exaltation of the Holy Mother of God made by Tripo Kokolja (well-known Kotor painter) etc.
Our Kotor Bay tour continues with a cruise to Tivat Bay where you will see an exclusive marina for mega yachts - Porto Montenegro. Next is Herceg Novi Bay with its Byzantine and oriental architectural styles, and island Mamula.
